Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees (5%)
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses, and trip interruption. This can provide additional protection beyond our cancellation policy.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
